Senior Sales Executive – Commercial HVAC New Construction

Are you a hunter with a track record in commercial HVAC or MEP sales? S Mechanical, part of the national Crete United platform, is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive new construction business across Chicagoland.
You’ll focus on developing new client relationships, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and delivering solutions in HVAC construction and energy efficiency. Ideal candidates have experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects and a competitive, growth-driven mindset.
What You’ll Do:

Drive new business for HVAC/MEP construction projects

Manage proposals, RFPs, presentations, and negotiations

Build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and owners

Collaborate with estimating and project teams to deliver winning solutions

Represent S Mechanical at trade shows and industry events
What You’ll Need:

5+ years in commercial HVAC or construction sales
-
Strong communication and closing skills
-
Proven ability to win and grow accounts

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
