Job Description
Position Summary
The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and launch marketing campaign briefs, including messaging and business objectives. They will also be responsible for ensuring that campaigns are properly launched and run across all channels, with adjustments made as needed. The Marketing Program Manager will be tasked with summarizing campaign performance and briefing participating stakeholders.
Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Gather marketing campaign information and objectives from participating teams for new initiatives.
Develop comprehensive campaign briefs in collaboration with marketing leadership to guide creative execution.
Communicate campaign briefs, objectives, and direction to key stakeholders, including marketing, eCommerce, retail, and merchandising teams.
Partner with the Senior Marketing Project Manager to provide clear brief guidance to creative and production teams for timely deliverables.
Coordinate the launch of campaigns across all designated media and marketing channels.
Ensure campaign messaging and execution align with defined objectives and brand standards.
Monitor active marketing campaigns regularly and track key performance indicators (KPIs) against established goals.
Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend necessary adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage in-flight changes to messaging, media, and content to maintain campaign relevance and performance.
Analyze cross-channel performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and areas for improvement.
Report campaign performance insights to marketing leadership, executives, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Marketing, Communications, or related business field. 1 to 3 years in a relevant brand or performance marketing role. Strong written and verbal communication. Strong cross functional communication and program management. Ability to process disparate information for strategic and analytical purposes. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience in navigating Tableau or other BI tools strongly preferred. Experience navigating web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and familiarity with digital media platforms and measurement (programmatic, social, digital video) required. Experience with project management tools (i.e. Asana) preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
Compensation: $75,600.00 - $100,800.00
Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
