Requirements:
- Nursing Degree or CMA from a state accredited school
- Successful completion and passing of RN/LPN/CMA Exam in State of NC
- CPR
- RN/LPN with current NC License or CMA certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients and respective family according to established standards and practices. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of CommWell Health. All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations, as appropriate. Participates in Patient Centered Health Home (PCHH) Team.
