HR Manager

At Paper Transport (PTI), we are transforming how the business thinks about HR. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees - shaping culture, strengthening engagement, and solving complex people challenges before they escalate.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary HR partner to business leaders, advising on recruitment, performance, employee relations, and organizational development.

• Provide day-to-day coaching to managers on leadership, performance, employee engagement, and corrective actions.

• Lead employee relations investigations with fairness and discretion, driving balanced solutions that align with PTI's values.

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, merit increases, and career development strategies.

• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across locations through on-site visits and ongoing collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment law while supporting a culture of respect and accountability.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner, Advisor, or equivalent consultative role (not just transactional HR).

• Proven success leading employee relations and coaching leaders at multiple levels.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.

• Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with HR systems (UKG preferred).

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
