Job Description
MetroSys is seeking a Contract Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assess and align current contract execution practices with Management and Operating (M&O) requirements. This expert will support compliance reviews, perform flow-down analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current contract practices against M&O contractual requirements.
Identify discrepancies or gaps in compliance and execution.
Conduct flow-down analysis of task order requirements and ensure alignment across subcontractors and internal teams.
Recommend corrective actions or improvements for contract administration and execution.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and project management teams to ensure consistent interpretation and application of contract terms.
Support audits and prepare documentation for internal and external review.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in federal or DOE contracting environments, preferably in M&O operations.
Deep understanding of FAR, DEAR, and government contract management practices.
Experience with task order management, compliance oversight, and flow-down requirements.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
