In-Home HVAC Sales Representative- Commission-Based

Are you a motivated, customer-focused sales professional looking to grow your income and career? Pass One Hour Heating & Air is looking for an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team.

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, full benefits, and the support of a trusted brand. You'll meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, and present HVAC solutions that make a real impact on comfort and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Run qualified, company-generated leads
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess comfort needs and recommend custom HVAC solutions
• Present and sell systems and services with confidence and professionalism
• Build rapport with customers and look for additional sales opportunities, including new clients and referrals
• Coordinate with the install team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction and earn future business

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience in HVAC or a home service environment preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to control your income
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be able to work in attics and crawlspaces as part of home assessments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
