Role Purpose:
The purpose of a server at Uptown Alley is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment 
Experience:
  • Servers should have prior experience working as servers in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, including customer service techniques, order taking, and table service
  • Desirable - Previous experience in a high volume restaurant
