SmartHouse has an immediate opportunity for an HVAC technician for residential installation & service.
This is a long-term opportunity. It is not our practice to hire for the summer and then lay off!
St. Louis County HVAC Service/Installer or Sheet Metal license are REQUIRED!

Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience leading a team for Residential HVAC Installation.
- Experience installing Variable Capacity AC's & Heat Pumps.
- Experience installing ductless & ducted mini-split systems.
- Ability to communicate positively with clients and team members.
- A positive attitude toward customer interaction.
- A continuous desire for personal growth and learning.
MUST HAVE:
- EPA Universal Certification
- St. Louis County HVAC Service/Installer or Sheetmetal Journeyman License.
- MUST be able to pass initial and ongoing drug screening.
- MUST have and maintain a good driving record.

Compensation: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour
