Job Description
At Fleet Farm, we keep our customers moving-and you can be the voice that helps make that happen! We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Auto Center team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to schedule service appointments, get information on tires and parts, or resolve concerns with friendly expertise.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Schedule tire and service appointments quickly and accurately.
- Deliver expert product knowledge and solutions with a helpful, upbeat attitude.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional, respectful manner.
- Collaborate with in-store personnel to ensure seamless service from booking to completion.
- Stay on-script while still keeping conversations warm, informative, and helpful.
- Manage a high volume of calls and multitask without missing a beat.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus!)
- 2+ years in customer service, automotive, or sales roles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently
- A willingness to learn about our tire, parts, and service offerings
- Solid computer skills, including working in a Windows environment
