Role & Responsibilities:
Supervises and responds to the activities of the PT, OT, Speech departments. Primary responsibilities for Coordinator and Rehab Assistant staffing plans, schedules, quality assurance, PPL, Automated Time and Attendance, coaching and development of staff.
Works collaboratively with staff, peers, and department leadership to achieve goals set forth by Therapies leadership.
Education, License, & Certification:
High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
Experience & Skills:
Requires 3 years experience in leadership role or in patient scheduling or medical clinic support.
Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision.
Analytical and critical thinking skills to make independent decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Computer related experience with spreadsheets, computer scheduling and word processing.
Microsoft Office required.
Excellent communication skills in order to supervise employees and interact effectively with patients, families, physicians and co-workers.
Excellent organizational skills required prioritizing workload.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
