Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for uniting third-party brands with our largest marketing investments to create best-in-class global programs. Lead the hospitality strategic plan from approach to execution, developing a robust analytics and communications plan. Vital in executing tactical initiatives, building rapport with crossfunctional stakeholders, and driving functional excellence and process improvement that drives business growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Liaison with agencies, internal divisions, external promoters, and other relevant stakeholders that brand, price, design and deliver hospitality and tickets as well as market and publicize events. Lead alignment with Leadership, Promoters, Brand, Sports Marketing, Music & Lifestyle Marketing, and Marketing Ops on hospitality initiatives for existing + new properties and special projects.
- Responsible for ticket operations for marketing investments including but not limited to Supercross, Motocross, Super Motocross, UFC, Power Slap, Legacy Fighting Alliance, P1 Offshore, TGL, BIG3, Nitro Circus, NASCAR, Professional Bull Riders, Outbreak Tour, Sneaker Con, Music & Lifestyle festivals, PPA, USAC, and World of Outlaws.
- Manage event reporting, ticket types and prices, ticket allocation, ticket distribution, ticket fulfillment (electronically or hard tickets as applicable), guest lists, and venue platform access management, coordinating with third-party vendors. Establish framework, management and tracking of inventory, fulfillment oversight, proposal/proof of performance/contract development, platform maintenance and research.
- Lead and direct a game plan for each property/event ensuring all contracted ticket & hospitality assets are properly activated and executed.
- Hold internal stakeholders and external promoters accountable to provide tickets in a timely manner. Analyze business to allocate resources and verify legal agreements in Conga, our contract lifecycle management application against assets received.
- Forecast, track, and report inventory metrics; continually monitor, analyze, and refine to maximize effectiveness. Negotiate incremental options, develop pricing strategy, and establish operating models. Requires ability to connect a customer's marketing/business goals with appropriate opportunities and delivery.
- Responsible for promotional discount ticket offer accuracy, backend development, deployment, and disclaimers.
- Serve as subject matter expert on internal Event Management Platform functioning as a resource for internal teams.
- Design, update, and deliver technical marketing collateral including user guides, FAQ's, training presentations, and demos.
- Attend regular meetings with Marketing departments and Promoters, helping serve in the development and delivery of multi-faceted marketing plans for customers.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Business, Communications,
Advertising, Economics, or related field of study
- Experience:
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Sports/Entertainment Sponsorships, Brand Management, Events, Hospitality, Ticket Operations
- Between 3-5 years of experience in managing creative teams, advertising
Computer Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Additional Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities to be successful in this role:
- Advanced knowledge of ticket systems, technology, and related products - Ticketmaster, AXS and SeatGeek.
- Experience with CRM & CLM platforms and ClickUp a plus.
Base Pay Range: USD $77,250 - USD $103,000 (+)
