Job Description
The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer (DevOps) to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Control (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Responsibilities:
Work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team, a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives
Deploy, and maintain the DevOps infrastructure for mission critical applications taking into consideration scalability, reliability, and maintainability of software systems
Work in close collaboration with other architects, technical leads, software developers and testers, and stakeholders within Agile processes to continue the automation of the software build, configurations, and deployment processes.
Continue development and maintenance of the automated software build process using tools such as, but not limited to, Docker, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and specific AWS technologies.
Assist with creating project resource estimates, metrics to track completion phase, defect reports, defect prevention, development efficiency and quality
Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization’s agile project lifecycle
Be adaptable and work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.
May need to work off hours for support and deployments if necessary.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include, but not limited to:
3-year check for felony convictions
1-year check for illegal drug use
1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
7 + years of software development or related experience
Prior experience with continuous integration (Bamboo, Jenkins), Weblogic, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, Istio, API Gateway and GitLab
Ability to design and document technical solutions related to continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Administration, configuration and maintenance of the application stack (Spring Boot, Database, K8S cluster, etc.)
Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes
Exposure to certificate management for issuing, renewing, and deploying certificates to endpoints
Flexibility to work off hours for support and deployments if necessary.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100
