Job Description
This individual will be responsible for all accounting functions and personnell involved in managing and maintaining the accounting records.It is at the center of all functions and operations of the dealership, interacting with everyone, and supporting thier efforts to deliver on our promises to our guests. Every other department is dependant on a strong, efficient, and organized accounting office.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly financial statements. Managing a team that posts every transaction and accounts for all revenue. Forensic accounting to resolve any schedule that hasn't cleared. Analysis of expense ratio's to identify areas for improvement. Management of HR functions and record keeping .
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing the accounting departments for a business. Previous experience in HR. Strong accounting education or experience.
