Job Description
Results together with Ascension Saint Thomas, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Bowling Green team!

We offer a wide range of physical therapy services to address general outpatient orthopedic diagnoses, and our skilled clinical team are also trained to identify and address additional contributing conditions including balance and vestibular deficits for the overall health and wellbeing of each of our patients. With three engaged providers, our Campbell Lane clinic offers a welcoming environment where student mentorship is a core part of our mission.
Clinic Hours:
Mon-Thurs: 7am-6pm
Fri: 7am-4pm

What you need…
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
