Job Description
As the Chief Nursing Officer, you'll be the senior leader guiding nursing services across all Brook Lane programs, with a focus on psychiatric inpatient care. You'll work closely with the COO/CMO to set the direction for care delivery, shape clinical policy, and lead quality improvement efforts.
This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role. You'll oversee nursing operations, develop strategic workforce plans, manage budgets, and help ensure successful outcomes during Joint Commission and other regulatory reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee nursing services across all programs
Establish and uphold standards for patient care
Collaborate with department directors on program improvement
Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Align care delivery with budget goals and strategic priorities
Lead workforce development and staffing initiatives

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years in nursing leadership
Experience:
5+ years in a supervisory nursing role
5+ years in a psychiatric inpatient facility
Licensure: Current RN license in Maryland or compact state
Certifications: Current BLS (CPR)
Skills: Strategic planning, budgeting, workforce management
