Job Description

You will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders at all levels to identify, analyze, and accelerate strategies for revenue growth and commercial success. Major areas of focus include automating reporting processes, building and enhancing dashboards, as well as presenting findings and trends to executives.

What you will do:

  • Partner with product, sales, marketing, finance and enablement teams to identify, analyze, and accelerate strategies for growth and commercial success.

  • Create presentations and communications for leadership.

  • Develop and maintain production level Tableau dashboards of KPI performance, productivity, pipeline and forecast.

  • Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

  • Provide dedicated operational and analytical support to the Content & Analysis teams.

  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience

  • 4 years' experience in data analysis, using BI tools and excel.

  • Experience with structure query language (ETL processes, data mining, modeling) and/or building advanced dashboards in Tableau is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
