Job Description

Location: Strong preference for a candidate local to Bay Area

At Moveworks, we're building the most advanced enterprise AI platform in the world - combining generative LLMs, agentic reasoning, enterprise search, and natural conversation into one cohesive experience. Our GTM strategy reflects the complexity and innovation of our product, equipping sellers with high-impact positioning and a growing partner ecosystem that help them win with credibility and confidence.

Our partner ecosystem is evolving rapidly, with channel partners of all types including systems integrators, value-added resellers, and referral specialists getting inspired by Moveworks' agentic AI approach and wanting to align themselves with our vision. We are onboarding new partners every week and need to scale our efforts to enable and certify them.

We are thus seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Enablement Manager to join our Go-To-Market Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for equipping our partners with the knowledge and resources they need to successfully promote and sell Moveworks solutions and equipping our GTM ecosystem with the support needed to leverage our partner ecosystem effectively.

What will you do?

  • Co-author and drive our partner enablement strategy with our Partnerships team to identify quantitative and qualitative keys to success for our Partner ecosystem
  • Consistently conduct needs analysis with our Partner Team to determine learning / performance objectives and scalable instructional strategies for our Partner ecosystem
  • Own the design, development, and implementation of tailored enablement programs to address the unique needs of different partner classifications, including systems integrators, value-added resellers, and referral specialists.
  • Leverage various delivery formats, including classroom-based, online self-paced, and blended learning focusing on subject matter that encompass both traditional sales and more technical-leaning presales enablement for our Partners.
  • Design best-in-class on-demand content, in-person training sessions, and corresponding enablement assets to support both.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across Moveworks to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Continuously gather feedback and iterate on enablement programs to drive improvement.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive certification program to assess participant knowledge levels pre/post enablement sessions.

What do you bring to the table?

  • 7+ years of experience in enablement roles (Sales, Customer, and/or Partner Enablement)
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for all audience levels, including executives.
  • Expertise in creating intuitive, memorable, and visually appealing assets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills-you can distill complex information into clear, compelling, and easy-to-follow content
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating or updating on-demand learning content (e-learnings, guided walkthroughs, LMS modules)
  • Experience supporting sales enablement efforts, such as updating pitch decks, product marketing collateral, competitive battlecards, sales plays, or other training materials
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other key stakeholders
  • Proficiency with GTM tools like Google Workspace, Mindtickle, Notion, and Gong.
  • Driven to learn and an openness to giving and receiving feedback
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done-even if it's not glamorous

Compensation Range: $150,000 - $205,000 (for Bay Area)
