Job Description
Tankersley Food Service is currently hiring for a FT Customer Service Representative with in-office experience to work Monday - Friday. 8-5.
Job Summary:
Must be able to work in a fast paced office, be detail oriented and have a friendly personality.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to the following:
- Answering phones and assisting walk in customers
- Helping Customers & Sales Staff with placing orders, etc.
- Handling Money/Deposits
- Other office duties
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 10-key
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to Detail is a must
- Interact professionally with customers and co-workers is a must
- Bilingual a plus
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years of related experience required
