Job Description
- MUST HAVE LBS
- Evaluating plans: Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and modifying them as needed
- Maintaining documentation: Keeping detailed notes of client progress and managing caseload
- Learning: Learning about new techniques, methods, and findings within the ABA field
- Supervising: Supervising and instructing others in the field with lower levels of certification
- Consulting: Providing consultation services and maintaining ongoing communication with all constituents
- Assessing clients: Observing clients and assessing their behavior challenges
- Developing plans: Creating plans to help clients overcome challenges, such as autism, ritualistic behavior, or cognitive impairment
- Setting goals: Setting realistic goals and objectives for clients
- Providing support: Providing support and professional learning for staff and family members
- Collecting data: Collecting data before and during the implementation of plans
