Job Description
Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, is searching for an experienced Service Tech Field Supervisor! You will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve various problems on-site at customer homes. Formal training provided through Statewide Remodeling will allow you to provide customers what they need when they need it. Your goal is to keep our customers completely assured and satisfied through your technical expertise and consistent and constant communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Go to customer homes to supervise and install new products or fix existing products, specifically window and door installation.
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customer
lookout for preventative measures
Qualifications:
Possess reliable vehicle: preferably a truck or large van
Self-motivated and well organized
Ability to work some Saturdays
Knowledge of window and door installation and servicing as well as basic plumbing and bathroom installation knowledge.
Experience with stucco repair.
Knowledge of trim carpentry
Good oral and written communication skills
Must hold a valid US driver’s license
Personal tools
Must be comfortable with road travel
Basic computer skills
Strong customer de-escalation and resolution skills
