Complete Health is seeking a dedicated HIV Coordinator to lead and manage HIV-related services within our clinic. This role includes HIV testing and counseling, case management, linkage to care, and prevention education. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving health outcomes and supporting underserved populations, while ensuring all program activities meet grant and clinic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HIV testing and counseling in clinic and community settings.
- Connect newly diagnosed individuals to medical care and support services.
- Track program metrics such as testing volume, linkage, and retention.
- Assist with eligibility, documentation, and reporting for Ryan White or other HIV-related grants.
- Coordinate prevention and education activities for high-risk populations (e.g., MSM, youth, people who inject drugs, minority communities).
- Serve as the primary contact for HIV-related grants and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate client records and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
- Provide training to clinic staff on HIV testing, confidentiality, and guidelines.
- Represent the clinic in public health collaborations, coalitions, and meetings.
- Support patient access to services like PrEP, mental health, substance use treatment, housing, and insurance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, nursing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HIV/AIDS services, care coordination, or public health.
- HIV Testing and Counseling certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Knowledge of Ryan White and CDC HIV prevention programs.
- Strong data and documentation skills; EHR experience preferred.
- Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for outreach.
