Key Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned tradesmen.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, submittals, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
Direct assemblies and installations at job sites.
Order materials, equipment, and tools as needed to maintain efficient use of labor resources.
Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel.
Study schedules and estimate man-hour requirements for completion of jobs.
Analyze and resolve work problems.
Maintain accurate time records for assigned crew.
Perform a variety of duties as assigned and which may change often.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience with commercial sheet metal ductwork installations.
Pipefitting and welding experience.
Understand shop math; work skillfully with tools, PVCs, and machines.
Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from drawings, sketches, or blueprints.
Work within precise limits and standards; perform a variety of duties which often change.
Rate information using measurable standards.
Completion of an apprenticeship program and appropriate journeyman experience.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to use software for calendars, planning, and workflow processes.
Safety Awareness
Drug test, background check, and a clean driving record are pre-employment requirements.

It is the responsibility of the individual in this role to ensure they have received and commit to using all appropriate PPE when performing duties.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction).
Must use hands, fingers, arms, and legs fully; lift up to 100 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, and lift.
Must be able to hear and speak clearly with professional standard grammar.
