Construction Project Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall construction project delivery on multiple project assignments
- Maintain safety standards in every aspect of every project
- Manage and contribute to the pre-construction process
- Develop and manager project schedules
- Manage pay applications
- Mange project budgets and analyze job costs
- Manage project labor, equipment and supply needs
- Provide support to project personnel
- RFI, Submittal and Change Management
- Resolve construction related issues and disputes on the project
- Manage and conduct project close-out activities
Experience and Essential Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Construction Engineering
- 5+ years of construction industry experience for commercial construction projects preferred
- Strong working knowledge of building systems/components and technology, contract management and various project delivery methods
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients, designer and subcontractors
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30 hour training
