Job Description
Want to Treat Without the Burnout?
Here's a full-time outpatient PT role that gives you the space — and support — to actually practice physical therapy.
No chaos. No double-booking. No sprinting through notes while scarfing lunch.
Just you, one patient at a time, with the resources you need to do it right.
Why You'll Like This
-
1:1 care. Less than 2 patients/hour.
-
All outpatient. No floating. No SNF surprises.
-
Built-in time to document — not just “do it when you can.”
-
Strength-based rehab approach. Not pain-masking.
-
Open, friendly team that actually works together.
-
$2,000 sign-on bonus.
For Experienced PTs
-
Tired of volume? We get it. This is different.
-
Use your skills, not your speed, to drive outcomes.
-
Want leadership or mentoring ops? There's a path here for that.
For New Grads
-
You won't be thrown in alone.
-
Optional mentorship track, plus a crew that's got your back.
-
Clear expectations. Time to learn. A real shot to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
-
Outpatient ortho-focused PT at one of 4 locations: Rancho Bernardo, Mission Valley, Grossmont, or Del Mar
-
40 hours/week — but part-time flexibility is possible
-
Treating patients who care about their outcomes (and so do you)
-
Helping build a clinic culture you'll want to stick with
The Must-Haves
-
DPT and CA license (or in-process)
-
Comfort with outpatient, ortho-heavy caseload
-
Open to working at one of the four San Diego locations
-
Strong communication skills — you'll be part of a tight-knit team
Pay + Perks
-
$90,000–$125,000/year DOE
-
$2,000 sign-on bonus
-
Full benefits: medical, dental, PTO, CE allowance
-
Mentorship + leadership development if you want it
