Position Summary:
The VMS Support Specialist is primarily responsible for managing day-to-day operations within multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ensuring accurate data entry, compliance, and timely communication between clients, MSPs, and internal teams. This includes supporting field offices, auditing, and driving process improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor multiple VMS platforms to manage staffing requisitions and ensure timely updates
Perform audits to ensure alignment between VMS and internal systems
Provide administrative support to field offices and serve as a VMS resource
Utilize ATS (Bullhorn) for candidate, client, and payroll details
Develop and maintain relationships with MSP partners and clients
Work with internal teams and SAM to improve VMS processes and branch support
Coordinate with offshore teams to prioritize client positions and address sourcing challenges
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce VMS-related tasks
Conduct wage analysis and present findings to MSPs/clients
Identify new business opportunities within MSP/VMS programs
Stay updated on state labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative role providing support in a process-driven setting
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Must be skilled in learning new systems quickly
High sense of urgency
Must be able to work in office Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
