Job Description

We pride ourselves on delivering unmatched service, deep industry knowledge, and premium products to restaurants, hospitality groups, schools, healthcare facilities, and more.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our growing Furniture Division. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and selling commercial furniture solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a strong understanding of the foodservice or hospitality market and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business within the restaurant, hospitality, institutional, and contractor markets
  • Conduct in-person visits with potential and existing clients to understand their furniture needs and present solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the in-house design and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial furniture or foodservice industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to decision-makers including restaurant owners, contractors, architects, and facility managers
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly for in-person meetings
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with commercial furniture products (indoor/outdoor seating, tables, booths, etc.) is a plus
