Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Post Closing Support Administrator who is committed to contributing to the organization's profitability by reviewing each closed loan file to prepare for shipping for investor purchases. To provide exceptional customer service by conducting business with integrity and in a highly ethical manner.

  • Rapid problem solver using data and information to identify root causes and propose solution-based ideas.

These skills will be used to:

 

  • Victory 1st floor office assistant – answer phones, direct customers to the appropriate office and perform other administrative duties as determined or directed by the NKY/Cin Branch manager, post-closing manager, or operations manager.

 

  • Perform closings for Northern Kentucky Fischer closings (back up support for closings occurring at the Erlanger KY location)
  • Post Closing Final documentation manager – obtain final filed mortgages and title policies from title companies and upload to encompass. Send original documentation to the appropriate investors.
  • Post Closing shipping support – Help with overflow support in shipping loan files to investors – organize, review and upload all paper and electronic loan documents in preparation of shipping. Obtain signatures on notes and other applicable documents from appropriate personnel. Distribute loan documents to investors and mortgage insurance companies for review and funding in a timely and organized manner. Review and manage funding suspenses and facilitate with appropriate people to resolve the issues.
  • Monthly HMDA maintenance
  • Organizes, tracks and orders escrow release inspections from appraisers. Communicates to Homestead Title or outside title companies when completed inspections have been received so that funds can be released timely. Send completed escrow inspections to applicable investors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) or Four (4) year degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Prior mortgage experience – post closing, processing, closing.
  • One (1) year of experience in an organizational role that requires multi-tasking and efficiency.

Physical demands and work environment:

  • Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier)
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25 lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
