Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures) safely and professionally
• Conduct in-depth consultations to create personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's goals
• Deliver natural, confidence-boosting results that keep clients coming back
• Build strong client relationships that foster loyalty, referrals, and retention
• Share your expertise through before-and-after photos, educational content, and active social media engagement
• Collaborate with aestheticians and wellness professionals for an integrated spa experience
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to our menu

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida with certification in aesthetic injectables
• 1-2+ years of hands-on injectable experience
• A natural communicator who thrives on client interaction and education
• Approachable, and professional, someone clients instantly trust and enjoy spending time with
• Motivated by growth and results, with a strong drive to maximize bonus opportunities
• Social media savvy - confident posting, networking, and showcasing your artistry
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help grow a new service line within our spa
• Committed to safety, compliance, and delivering an elevated client experience
