Job Description
- Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Reconcile site specific vendor statements and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as needed
- Handle vendor discrepancies and claims, including billing adjustments and credit processing
- Allocate expenses to appropriate general leger accounts
- Manage vendor payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve departmental and organizational objectives

Skills
- Specialized Knowledge: Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with AS400 Software system - preferred but not required.
