Job Description
Truck shop mechanic is responsible for maintaining fleet vehicles, trucks and trailers. Keep all in proper and safe working order.
Requires:
- Lifting up to 100 lbs
- stooping, bending and squatting
- ability to trouble shoot mechanical issues that may contribute to poor performance
- advanced understanding of all running mechanisms of a truck, trailer and company fleet vehicle
- troubleshooting and problems solving skills
- Ability to work overtime hours when necessary
- Ability to work weekends when needed
- following the instructions of the truck shop manager
