We are hiring four (4) Office Specialist 2, positions (see the working condition section for specifics):
One (1) position will be a full time in-office position.
Three (3) positions will be hybrid positions.

Summary of Duties
As an Office Specialist 2, you will:
Provide reception and phone coverage for ORCAH and maintain shared folders.
Organize and direct incoming emails to the right places for processing.
Send reports and referrals to law enforcement, tribes, and programs, making sure the information is correct and recorded properly.
Communicate with screeners and supervisors to clarify reports, send alerts, track follow-ups, and manage sensitive information.
Request, review, and file police reports and records, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
Work with medical teams, law enforcement, and other states to process records related to abuse assessments.
Handle certified mail and fax requests, making sure they're sent, tracked, and confirmed.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents. Or
An associate degree in any field. Or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Attributes
We are looking for candidates with:
Experience communicating professionally with diverse audiences, including connecting individuals to resources and de-escalating situations when needed.
A track record of providing helpful customer service, working collaboratively with others, and taking initiative to solve problems.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook, including managing shared inboxes, entering data, and navigating programs efficiently.
Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, maintaining organized records, and retrieving information as needed.
Previous work in human services or social work, supporting individuals and communities through direct assistance or resource coordination.
Working Conditions
All Positions:
May work with individuals experiencing trauma or crisis. Some individuals may have challenges managing their emotions.
May encounter situations requiring quick decision-making to ensure the safety of oneself or others.
Requires substantial time spent stationary while operating a computer.
One (1) position:
Work will be conducted in the designated office location.
Employee's work schedule will be Monday- Friday from 8 am- 5 pm PT; hours may fluctuate based on service needs.
Occasional travel is required; employee will be responsible for delivering materials to the post office.
Three (3) positions:
These are hybrid positions; work may be conducted remotely but include onsite responsibilities based on business and operational needs.
Employee's work schedule will be one of the following:
Tuesday- Saturday from 5 pm- 2 am PT
Monday- Friday from 11 am- 8 pm PT
Tuesday- Friday from 7 pm- 6 am PT
Hours of work may fluctuate based on service needs.

Finalists must be cleared by the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) through a fingerprint-based criminal records check.
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for the in-office position.
