The Cary Company is seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to grow our Southeast territory, focusing on our container, packaging, and filtration product lines. This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
- Commission: $15,000–$20,000 (with potential to exceed $100,000 total compensation as territory develops). Additional incentive for new business.

- Conducts weekly sales calls and consistently closes new business
- Ensures all accounts and prospects receive the attention and resources they need
- Is curious and eager to learn our product lines and technologies
- Thrives on quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships
- Maintains a positive attitude and excels at juggling multiple projects
- Has a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating
- Is a proactive self-starter who seeks continuous improvement
- Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina (Charlotte territory preferred)

- Sales experience and a knack for networking and lead generation
