Job Description
CENCO is a top-tier provider of property claims services, partnering with leading insurance carriers to deliver fast, reliable, and professional claims handling. We are actively seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to assist with residential and commercial claims in Tacoma and the surrounding areas of Washington. This position is well-suited for independent adjusters looking for consistent assignments and the flexibility of field work.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections of property damage caused by wind, water, fire, hail, and other covered events.

Document findings thoroughly with high-quality photos and detailed reports.

Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.

Maintain clear, professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carriers.

Ensure timely and efficient claim handling from inspection through submission.
What You'll Need:

Licensing: Must have or be able to obtain a Washington adjuster license.

Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred.

Tools & Transportation: Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and basic adjusting equipment.

Work Style: Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Availability: Ability to accept assignments and meet deadlines promptly.
