Key Role:

Bring in-depth expertise to one or more aspects of USAF or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply expertise in consulting or technical work as well as full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, if needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as USAF Rated Aircrew in Fighter or Bomber aircraft

• Knowledge of general close air support procedures and tactics in accordance with JPUB and JFIRE

• Ability to quickly assess and employ munitions from simulated environment with no mission degradation to live training forces

• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate to airborne and ground forces to effect multiple mission objectives

• Ability to travel to field exercises to directly support USAF and DoD operations at locations as directed by the program manager, including training centers

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience as a Close Air Support fighter aircraft pilot

• Knowledge of Combat Search and Rescue, Electronic Warfare theory, and Air to Surface and Surface to Air threat systems

• Ability to explain and replicate elements of tactical air support system to joint and coalition mission partners

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree

• Graduate of a Weapons School

• PMP Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
