Job Description

This role is located in our Sewell, NJ office however we are open to fully remote for the right person.
Schedule: 100% Flexible however Thursdays are preferred.
Training: 1st week - Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM in office.
Role Overview
The Data Entry Associate position is responsible for reviewing and verifying codes and entering data from source materials. This individual contributor also identifies and reconciles data input discrepancies.

Role Specifics
More specifically, your key job tasks will be to:
Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following.
- Operating efficiently and profitably.
- Works independently and efficiently to achieve a high level of productivity.
- Works well in multi-management team support environments.

- Meet or exceed all departmental goals and deadlines.
- General clerical duties.
- Enter data from source documents (data entry).
- Operate office equipment.
- Ensure all paperwork received is entered within the time parameters defined by NEST processes.
- Maintain knowledge of all rules pertinent to each customer invoice.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Dealing honestly and fairly with co-workers, management, and the general public.
- Manages/Promotes profitability awareness.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary – Starting at $17/hr

401k Plan: NEST matches dollar for dollar up to 3% of contribution rates. And 50% for the next 2% of contribution rate.
Annual Bonus: NEST provides annual incentive/bonus opportunities based on position and goals based upon company profitability. Part-time employees are eligible for a partial bonus. The objective of this is to get all employees involved in the business and drive toward our gross profit goals.
