Job Description
Seeking an energetic professional to provide a memorable experience by exceeding guest expectations. Ability to operate efficiently in a fast paced environment to maintain maximum occupancy and revenue, accurate shift work, and most importantly ensure guest satisfaction. Must also be able to logically problem solve and make decisions during service recovery opportunities. Prior use of FSPMS Marriott Systems and audit experience a plus.
