Responsibilities:

• Load and unload various machines, including hoists, cranes, and forklifts.
• Operate machinery safety and efficiently, following established procedures
• Inspect springs using rulers, micrometers, and squares to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report any non-conformities
• Handle and transport materials within the manufacturing facility.
• Work effectively as part of a team by assisting other qualified operators as needed to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn from peers and other production employees

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent math skills, including the ability to understand fractions, decimals, and reading other measurement tools.
• Ability to stand and lift products for an 8 hour shift
• Ability to work first shift 7:30am- 4:30pm
