2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee nightly operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support warehouse associates during 2nd shift operations
• Assign daily tasks and manage labor to meet production and shipping goals
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and assist with training new employees
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
• Oversee loading/unloading, staging, and movement of product within the facility
• Maintain accurate reports related to productivity, attendance, and workflow
• Address operational issues in real time and communicate effectively with leadership
• Promote a positive team culture and lead by example on the floor

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or distribution supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations (shipping/receiving, inventory flow, material handling)
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and reporting tools
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required throughout the shift
• Flexible, dependable, and detail-oriented
