Full-time Live Video Teller

Our Live Video Tellers accurately perform financial transactions affecting member accounts or loans through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). They provide informed responses to questions from members and potential members. They offer additional assistance as required. They follow established policies, procedures and applicable laws. They must have the ability to engage members and potential members via camera.

The duties of a Live Video Teller include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to member questions and concerns with attentiveness and care, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Following set guidelines for servicing Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) video contacts and other communication channels, focusing on efficiency and responsiveness.
• Ensuring that every member interaction is positive by displaying professionalism, greeting members warmly, and offering timely service.
• Staying up to date on essential security practices and procedures to reduce risk and mitigate fraudulent activity.
• Demonstrating dependability and following through on assigned duties with attention to detail.
