Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Information Planning Technical SETA to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will work closely with Program Manager (PM). This high-impact role involves supporting the development of next-generation classified systems designed to enable secure, distributed, and intelligent computing. Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.
Work Location: Onsite, Arlington VA.
Travel: 10-20%
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in:
- Sensemaking, planning, and C2 software systems
- Autonomous systems and distributed software platforms
- Expertise in areas such as:
- Information synthesis, estimation, and probabilistic reasoning
- Command and control software
- Distributed system software and services
- Software for intelligent planning, sensing, and orchestration
- Mission planning interfaces and resource-constrained environments
- Agent-based software design and distributed transport mechanisms
- Goal decomposition and algorithmic planning
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles for complex development efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Active Top Secret Clearance.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in contested, complex operational environments.
- Background in covert or clandestine operations.
- Experience with cyber operations and/or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with SAPs/CAPs.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
