Swiss CNC is a precision machine shop located in Montgomery, Texas. We produce high-quality components for a variety of industries and are committed to quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.
We’re currently looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for managing daily warehouse functions, supporting material flow, and handling shipping and receiving activities. This is a solo, boots-on-the-ground role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and documentation
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments and schedule pickups with carriers
- Move raw materials, parts, and finished goods between warehouse and production
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and ERP updates
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely transport materials
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Communicate with production, purchasing, and vendors regarding deliveries and material status
- Assist with purchase order tracking and inventory planning as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of warehouse and/or logistics experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with inventory systems or ERP software (JobBOSS a plus)
- Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
