📌 Position Overview: Lead HVAC Technician
Total compensation: $30–$40/hr (base pay + commissions)

🔧 Your Role
As a HVAC Technician, you’ll oversee daily field operations, lead and mentor a team of technicians of varying experience levels, and ensure high standards of quality and customer service. You’ll be hands-on, working alongside your team on residential and light commercial jobs—while also reinforcing company processes, maximizing training opportunities, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and management.

🧰 What You Bring
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
EPA Certification and 5–7+ years of HVAC experience
Proven skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing systems
Experience managing or mentoring technicians
Strong attention to quality and detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Trustworthy, dependable, and motivated to grow
Ambition to advance your career faster than in typical companies
NATE certification and experience with ServiceTitan are highly preferred but not required.
