🌍 Market Intelligence

• Maintain company target lists to keep our goals in sight!

• Conduct comprehensive comp benchmarking & recruiting tech research 💻 to stay ahead of the curve!

📋 Operations

• Conduct engaging candidate interviews 🗣 that make a difference!

• Maintain documentation + track progress in our pipeline ✅ to ensure smooth operations!

🧠 Requirements

 

•    🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
•    🤝 2–3 years of client-facing experience
•    📊 A strong grasp of performance marketing + analytics
•    🧪 Experience in A/B testing & optimization
