  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to digitize, centralize, and automate legacy or manual documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Security teams to ensure all systems meet internal and external compliance obligations, as applicable
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness and adoption of document control strategies.
  • Train and enable teams across the company in effective document management practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and lead remediation efforts for gaps in documentation and/or DMS usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education plus experience, in Information Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in document strategy, records management, or process architecture in highly regulated and/or complex environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing document management control systems and frameworks across large and/or multi-site organizations.
  • Expertise with the DMS platform, AODocs, is highly desired; other platform experiences may include SharePoint, OpenText, 3DExperience, Siemens Teamcenter, JAMA, or Polarian.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and standards (ex. ISO-9001, IATF-16949, AS-9100, ISO-13485, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (ex. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights from documentation trends and usage data.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, align stakeholders, and manage change for documentation management.
