Job Description

Restore First Health (RFH) is a rapidly expanding healthcare company delivering mobile health care including advanced wound care, acute care, chronic care management and telehealth-based clinical evaluations across diverse communities throughout the US and expanding. With operations scaling nationally, RFH is redefining how care is delivered through innovation, agility, and bold leadership. We are now seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s closest strategic partner and operational integrator.

Position Summary

The Chief of Staff is a high-impact, high-trust executive leader who acts as the right hand to the CEO. This role sits at the heart of RFH’s executive team and is responsible for ensuring the CEO remains sharply focused on what matters most—business priorities, organizational momentum, and market growth. This role requires a combination of strategy, execution, diplomacy, and operational toughness.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environments, can pivot rapidly without losing focus, and brings a powerful blend of composure, drive, and disagreeable courage when necessary. They are public-facing, board-savvy, and bring the energy, flexibility, and hunger to lead from behind while helping scale a generational healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Partnership & Strategic Execution

- Serve as an extension of the CEO—ensuring priorities are actioned, initiatives stay on track, and the right problems are being solved at the right time.
- Anticipate needs, clear bottlenecks, and help the CEO operate with clarity, context, and capacity.
- Manage the CEO’s operating rhythm, including briefings, follow-ups, communications, and executive prep.
- Challenge assumptions and push back when needed; act as a force multiplier who keeps momentum high and distractions minimal.

Executive Leadership & Enterprise Alignment

- Participate as a full member of the Executive Team, helping drive alignment across functions and leaders.
- Translate CEO vision into actionable plans and lead execution of high-priority initiatives that cut across business units.
- Navigate complexity with composure and create structure in environments with constant change and limited direction.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

- Lead board governance activities, including scheduling, agenda planning, material preparation, and liaison duties with the Board Chair and committee leads.
- Represent the CEO externally when appropriate—with partners, vendors, or associates—and coordinate key public-facing engagements.
- Prepare executive communications, strategic decks, briefing materials, and enterprise-wide announcements.

Special Projects & Operational Flexibility

- Lead or support strategic projects including organizational design, new market entry, operational efficiency, or leadership transitions.
- Remain highly available and agile, adjusting to major pivots or time-sensitive demands with confidence and calm.
- Bring a “no task too small, no challenge too big” mindset to drive forward the mission.

Qualifications

Required:

- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare startups, high-growth provider platforms, or healthcare systems.
- Proven success supporting or partnering with a CEO or Founder in an execution-focused, high-autonomy environment.
- Extensive experience with organizational operations, executive communications, and governance practices.
- Exceptionally high energy, drive, and mental agility—must thrive under pressure and pivot with ease.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with polish in both boardroom and external engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred:

- Experience in mobile healthcare, wound care, telehealth, or value-based care environments.
- Background in consulting, operations, strategy, or investor-backed healthcare platforms.
- MBA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.

What We're Looking For:

- Strategic Mind. Knows how to prioritize and make the complex simple.
- Disagreeable Courage. Willing to challenge the CEO with facts, conviction, and integrity.
- Composure Under Fire. Doesn’t rattle and executes.
- Connector & Communicator. Builds trust quickly with board members, partners, and staff.
- Hungry to Win. This isn’t a "chief of notes." It’s a builder’s seat for a builder’s company.

-Ability to work with a futuristic mindset.
