The Role:

This position supports the implementation and ongoing management of responsible gaming strategies, policies, and initiatives across the organization. The Manager of Responsible Gaming will work closely with internal teams such as compliance, community engagement, government relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion and Human Resources. This role assists with gathering, analyzing, and reporting on various responsible gaming metrics and targets, and helps execute programs and initiatives that foster a culture of responsible gaming aligned with Bally's brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the advancement and implementation of responsible gaming initiatives across the organization.
  • Assists in developing measurable responsible gaming goals and participates in data collection and reporting to key stakeholders, including contributing to annual reports.
  • Coordinates and communicates with internal and external stakeholders involved in responsible gaming, including representing the company with select external partners.
  • Collaborates with leaders to integrate responsible gaming efforts throughout the organization.
  • Helps incorporate responsible gaming considerations into business strategies and daily operations.
  • Coordinates with third-party consultants and vendors as directed.
  • Monitors trends and emerging issues in responsible gaming, providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Partners with marketing and public relations to promote Bally's responsible gaming initiatives.
  • Ensures compliance with established responsible gaming program policies and procedures.
  • Participates in reviews of responsible gaming audits, verifies data findings, and recommends process improvements.
  • Prepares responsible gaming materials for use at various organizational levels.
  • Assists in analyzing requirements for new or emerging markets from a responsible gaming perspective.
  • Acts as company liaison to various Responsible Gaming Organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, or marketing teams is helpful.
  • Experience supporting responsible gaming initiatives for a company with a broad or global reach.
  • Experience developing and implementing business strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to be licensed in applicable gaming jurisdictions.

Target Compensation:

  • $80,000- $85,000 Annual Salary
