https://landcrafterslandscapin... Overview- Our Landscape Sales and Design Manager is a pivotal role for driving revenue through creative landscape designs and strategic client management. This role is all about leading with vision and passion, ensuring projects exceed client expectations while fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and Achieve Revenue Targets: Formulate annual revenue goals and craft strategic plans to meet them.
- Lead Client Engagements: Conduct engaging client meetings, from initial consultations to design approvals, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Create Innovative Designs: Develop detailed and creative landscape plans, incorporating elements like planting design, lighting, and irrigation.
- Manage Projects from Concept to Completion: Oversee the transition of designs from concept to final working plans, including cost estimates and contract finalizations.
- Foster Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and training to enhance skills and capture rates.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize tools such as CAD, Sketchup and Aspire to deliver cutting-edge designs and project management solutions.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with top homebuilders and network to enhance company exposure and referrals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales and design within the landscaping or construction industries.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in CAD and design software, and a keen eye for detail.
- Attributes: Results-oriented, solution-focused, with an ownership mentality and a passion for personal and team development. Ability to build and coach a high performing leadership team through engagement, development and a high degree of positivity. A strong learning acumen is required with a desire to coach and be coached in a collaborative way.
Working Conditions: This role offers a blend of office-based and outdoor work environments, requiring flexibility and adaptability to varying conditions. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
Pay Transparency: This position offers a salary of $90,000.00 plus commission.
