Job Overview:
We are hiring hardworking and dependable Laborers to support our commercial civil construction projects. As a Laborer, you’ll be an essential part of our field crew—handling a variety of tasks that keep projects moving safely and efficiently. While previous construction experience is preferred, we’re ready to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn our processes and grow into long-term roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup, including debris removal and material staging
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Support skilled trades and equipment operators during various project phases
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures on active job sites
- Assist in any and all job site activities
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials
- Learn and adapt to new tasks as assigned by the site supervisor or crew lead
Requirements
- Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to be trained and follow company processes
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Schedule:
- Full-Time
Monday to Friday (Every other Saturday or as needed based on project demand) - Overtime
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
