An opportunity to join the leadership team of the Progressive Critical Care Unit at the Region's medical center.
In order to act as a clinical resource for the team, Critical Care experience is preferred.

Extending beyond clinical support, the ANM will act as a leadership resource and communicator for Unit needs, as well as a point person for Critical Care as a whole when needed.
Duties may include, clinical support, patient relations, employee relations, coaching, engagement with quality improvement projects, resource allocation, other duties as assigned.
