Summary: The Endoscopy Manager requires a clinically competent individual with both leadership and procedural experience.

Responsibilities involve the overall clinical, quality, service, and financial performance for their area. This role collaborates with staff, management, and physicians to ensure alignment in care delivery. Acts as a resource person to staff in problem identification and solving. Serves as a mentor for staff and promotes a team-based model.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years management experience in a procedural area required.

Three (3) years of Endoscopy experience strongly preferred.

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. BSN degree required; MSN preferred. Specialty certification preferred.

CPR. Certification(s) pertinent to clinical specialty preferred.

Work Shift Details:

Days, Oversee operations of both the hospital and outpatient Endoscopy departments.

Monday- Friday during department operating hours

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
